1. Acceptance and Eligibility
By using Zeno you agree to these Terms of Use. Zeno is not directed at children under 13; if you are under 18, you should use it with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.
2. Your Account
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. You can permanently delete your account at any time from Settings > Delete My Account.
3. Acceptable Use
You may not use Zeno to cheat, run bots or automated tools, scrape data, disrupt the service, or harm others. Your display name and profile photo must not contain insulting, hateful or unlawful content. We may restrict or close accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
4. Questions and AI-Generated Content
Quiz questions are generated with AI and pass automated verification before publication, but they may still contain errors, omissions or outdated information. Questions are for entertainment and general knowledge only and are not academic, legal, medical or professional advice. You can report a faulty question during a quiz.
5. XP, Levels and Leaderboard
XP, levels and rankings are virtual in-game values with no monetary worth. We may adjust or reset scores and rankings to fix errors, address cheating or reflect system changes.
6. Intellectual Property
The Zeno name, logo, software, design and question database belong to Bilge Arkadaş Eğitim Bilişim Hizmetleri İthalat ve İhracat Ticaret Sanayi Limited Şirketi. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes; you may not copy, republish or sell the content in bulk.
7. Limitation of Liability
Zeno is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of Zeno.
8. Termination
You may delete your account at any time (zenoquiz.com/delete-account or zenoquiz.com/request-deletion). If you violate these terms, we may suspend or close your account.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time and will announce material changes within the app. Continuing to use Zeno after a change means you accept the updated terms.
10. Governing Law and Contact
